Please read these Terms of Service carefully before purchasing or downloading any files from STLFiles. By completing a purchase you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About STLFiles

STLFiles is a digital product store selling downloadable STL file bundles for personal and commercial use, including 3D printing and digital resale. We do not manufacture or ship physical products.

2. Digital Product License

When you purchase a bundle from STLFiles, you receive a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free commercial license to:

• Download and store the files on your devices.
• Print the models on any 3D printer for personal or commercial use.
• Sell physical printed items made from the files — at markets, in online shops, or locally — with no limit on the number of prints or sales.
• Sell, resell, and redistribute the STL files themselves, digitally or otherwise, including as part of your own products, bundles, or listings.
• Upload and offer the files on file-sharing platforms, STL repositories, and digital marketplaces as part of your own commercial offering.
• Pass on the usage rights above to your own customers when you resell the files.

You may not:

• Claim to be the original designer of the models, or assert authorship over designs you did not create.
• Use the files to produce items that are illegal, infringing, or otherwise prohibited under Section 9.

3. Email Delivery

After payment is confirmed, STLFiles will send download instructions separately to the email address provided at checkout. Please make sure the address is correct and check your spam or junk folder before contacting support.

STLFiles is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect email addresses entered at checkout.

4. Refund Policy

STL files are digital products delivered by email and are non-refundable. If you have any technical issues accessing your files, please contact us at support@stlfiles.shop and we will help you.

5. Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely by Waffo Pancake, which acts as the merchant of record for your purchase and handles payment processing, applicable taxes, receipts, refunds, and payment disputes. STLFiles does not receive or store your full card details. By purchasing, you also agree to the payment terms presented during checkout.

6. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from STLFiles.

7. File Compatibility

All files are provided in standard STL format and are compatible with all major 3D printing slicers including Cura, PrusaSlicer, Bambu Studio, and Chitubox. STLFiles does not guarantee results from third-party slicers, printer hardware, or print materials. Print quality depends on your printer settings, filament type, and environment.

8. Intellectual Property

All STL files sold by STLFiles are either original designs or properly licensed for resale. Purchasing a bundle does not transfer any intellectual property rights to the buyer. All design rights remain with their respective creators.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use STLFiles files to produce items that are illegal, harmful, dangerous, or infringe on third-party rights. STLFiles reserves the right to revoke your license if these terms are violated.

10. Limitation of Liability

STLFiles is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our digital products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of STLFiles products after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
