STLFiles operates stlfiles.shop as a free STL viewing and information website. Paid STL file bundle sales have ended. For privacy questions, contact support@stlfiles.shop.
When you choose a file in the STL Viewer, the viewer reads and renders that file in your browser. The file is not uploaded to STLFiles by this feature.
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information in your message so we can respond. Our hosting provider may process standard technical request information, such as an IP address, requested page, browser information, and time of access, to operate and secure the website.
The current site does not load Google Ads conversion tags, Meta Pixel, or a separate visitor analytics script. We do not use the STL Viewer to collect the contents of files you open.
Checkout is closed. If you contact us about a payment made before sales ended, we may use the details you provide and available payment records to investigate and respond. Payment processors may retain their own records under their privacy policies.
We use hosting and email providers to operate the site and answer messages. We do not sell personal information. We keep support correspondence only as long as reasonably needed to handle the request or meet applicable obligations.
